delete Both duplicates and leave unique value with all duplicates erased

I am trying to do an unique data base to add to. I Do not want to just delete the duplicate, but both, or all three duplicates. for example

I start with
Ken
Ken
Mark
Mark
Ann
I need the result to only have Ann
I have already tried the advanced filter and checking the box unique records only, but it still leaves me woth one set of names that were on the duplicate list?
Any ideas?

This works for me

You can use the conditional formatting feature to highlight all duplicate rows, then filter by cell color from the right click menu, then delete rows from the right click menu:

1. Select all items
2. Conditional Formatting -> Highlight cell rules -> Duplicate Values -> OK
3. Right click in selection -> Filter -> Filter by selected cell's color
4. Right click in selection -> Delete Row -> OK
