A local driver was recently stopped for speeding and the officer thought the driver had a bad attitude when he saw the drivers seat had been reclined and the driver had his foot on the dash. Then the officer realised the driver had no arms! Furthermore the 32 year old driver had never held a drivers licence....oh dear!
