defining the relationship

I am trying to make a realtionship between two table. Access is automactically telling me it is a one to many realtionship. But I know it is a one-to-one relationship. What can I do to change the relationships?

Where are you trying to make the relationship?

Is it from Tools>Relationships... or in a query?
