Debugging a very slow Excel 2010 model

My model has suddenly starting behaving very slowly with it taking over an hour just to click on a slicer. I've obviously done something bad so are there any tools to indicate which part of a model is running slowly? i just have "Runnnig OLAP Query" for ages.

I have seen models that literally just "got corrupted" and had to be rebuilt. Very very rarely, but... it's happened
