DCOUNT or something else?

Hi,
I am trying to get a running count of records based on 3 criteria. I can't do it in Excel because it bombs out every time due to the number of records. The data originates in Access and so I want to create the same count function as what i have in Excel but Im not sure how to get it working. Here is an example from Excel....

Here are the fields in Access from the query I'm working with....

yes Dcount:
=Dcount("*", "qsMyQuery")

put your criteria in the query qsMyQuery

 

[Joe4]

Note that if you are going to use DCOUNT and have multiple criteria, you combine each criteria piece with an "&".
