Working with an Excel formula. I want the number of days between two dates. I am using 7/1/2018 to 6/30/2019. My formula is =DAYS(B1,A1). Where B1 = 6/30/2019 and A1=7/1/2018. I thought the result would be 365 but I am getting 364.

Thoughts?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Thanks, but it just does seem right.
Subtracting two numbers is different than counting between two numbers. Take 3 and 6...

Counting is 3, 4, 5, 6 (total of 4)

Difference: 6 - 3 which equals 3 (always one less than counting).
