Hi all, have a PBI connected to a sharepoint workbook. Then have a connected PBI report. Would like to know how to change the visual to show day of week rather than date? I tried adding a column called DOW to the source data however PBI just shows "ddd" in the visual?

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Hi Inkbird
if you want the day of the week in the table you can try =TEXT(WEEKDAY(A1),"ddd") where weekday returns a number between 0 and 6 and then text() with "ddd" or "dddd" will convert it to Mon/tue/wed etc.
If you want it to sort correctly you might have to use a second column with =WEEKDAY(A1) to give the numeric.
