Dax to join a table to a grouped table to do math

I could never get pictures to save. Anyway,

I have a table (Table A):
HpTLfSL.png
HpTLfSL.png

and another table (Table B)

and I want to aggregate (Table B agg):

I can do this in power pivot. But then I want to join that back to the inital table and do math (resulting table)

Note here, this resulting table is joined by d2 and d3, which I don't show.

How do I make this. I image its' going to be an enormous nesting of calculates and sumx's.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
