DAX measure for filtering individual office - creating KPI with a absolute value?

Hi!

I would need help for the following issue;

I have two columns:

1. Office ( 6 different offices; repeating in accordance with transactions)
2. Margin( amounts for each transaction that the office creates).

I need to get this result;

- a dax measure that will give me only an individual office with the sum of margin as result so i can set a kpi target for each office that would be set on an absolute value; as in lets say 10.000 USD

What i need to do is to set kpi with target margins for each office separatly, not based on a increase of 5, 10 % in comparing to last year but a absolute value.

Can it be done also for each month individualy?
