How can i exlcude particular item/account if the total cumulative for the period is negative.
Example, my total miscelleneous income consist of 3 account, example A001, A002, A003, the normal calculation all this we add to become to miscelleneous income.
But if example account A002 for year to date is negative, my miscelleneous income for the year should add only account A001 and A003 only, exclude A002 and should be group under miscellenoous expenses.
