Hello friends, Hope all is well!

Can you please help me with the DAX formula here please?

I am trying to have/combine two conditions for a filter.

= CALCULATE(MIN(db[Comdt]),FILTER(db,db[Full Name]=EARLIER(db[Full Name])))

AND [Employment Category]="Term")))

I want two combine both together; this will help me in displaying the earlier date based on the word “Term”.

Your kind & Continuous support is needed and always appreciated.
