Hello all,

I am currently putting together a resource plan, which will in effect be a Gantt chart to show dates of people in and out of the organisation.

I want to build in a few variables, for which I know there are easy function solutions, just can't get my head around them. So feedback from my ever trusted mrexcel friends would be great.

I have below a sample which isn't pretty, I dont know how to embed a extract from excel.

If I write in sudo code, I hope that it will make sense(the red is where I am looking to put this function, columns F to K are the Gantt).

H3
=IF(D3 falls in month of oct, (and no more than 10 network days between D3 and EOMonth in H), then populate with "KY"&C3) Repeat number of times in column E

Hope someone can help. (even better if someone could point me to directions to include excel shots?)

Thanks
Craig
