I need to find the amount of days between my required delivery date and my actual date, and need to exclude weekends. This is similiar to the NetWorkDays function in Excel; however, I DON'T want to factor in holidays and every formula I have found seems to account for holidays. Can someone help me figure this out?

My exact field names are [Req#dlv#dt] and [Act Date].

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Side note, I can't use a function because I need to create a Query Table off of this in Excel. This is an issue I haven't been able to get passed yet, because Excel won't read a function that is in Access.

Thanks for the response; however, i cannot use a function because I need to link this in to an Excel report as a Query Table, and it doesn't recognize an Access Function within an Excel sheet.
