HI ALL.
What's wrong with the following formula? the result is [TABLE="width: 64"]
<colgroup><col width="64" style="width:48pt"> </colgroup><tbody>[TR]
[TD="width: 64, bgcolor: transparent, align: center"]#NUM![/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

DATEDIF(I2,T2,"y")

DATEDIF(I2,T2,"y")
The first date must be the earlier date, try it this way...

=DATEDIF(T2,I2,"y")
