DATEDIF formula with TODAY's date

I am trying to pull the number of years and months between today's date and a previous date, but something keep erroring out in my formula. I'm sure it's a very easy fix, but I just can't seem to figure it out. Help please. Thank you so much.

I am using the current formula: =DATEDIF(K68,TODAY())&"y"&DATEDIF(K68,TODAY()),"ym")$"Mos"

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

For years:
Excel Formula:
=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")
For months:
Excel Formula:
=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"ym")

I suspect that you will need that packaged up a bit:
Excel Formula:
=DATEDIF(K68,TODAY(),"y") & " y "&DATEDIF(K68,TODAY(),"ym") & " Mos"
