Date picker (no drop-down & always stay visible)

Hi,

I'm running Excel 2021 x64.

I'm looking for a date picker (no drop-down menu) that would fill in the current sheet active cell.

I also would like this date picker to remain at the same place even if I would scroll the sheet window bars. (except I decide to move it (left click on it + right click to move it) )

I cannot use the "Mini Calendar and Date Picker" Office Add-in from Microsoft Store because I'm offline most of the time.
