Hi There,

Need abit of help counting the ammout of days between two date.

Lets say i'm using A1 as the start date and B1 as the end date. I can do it simply by using =B1-A1 and that will return the days.

What I need to do is this. Start date in A1 and if there is no end date in B1 then it should automatically count from the currrent date.

The number of days will return in (lets say) C1

Any thoughts,

Thanks

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Yep that works great, the only thing, I get in every other cell number in row C (C being where the number of days will return) it will return 41038, that's because there's no dates in A2 & B2 (and so on and so on). Is there anyway I can remove them until a date in row A has been entered.

Hope that makes sense. I have included a screenshot.
