Hello,
I have 2 columns. A = Date of arrival B = Date Of Departure
I want a formula that will turn columns green when the dates are current and when they pass turn red.
Created a travel tracking document and want to be able to see when my team is on the road and isnt at a glance.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Select your range of dates in columns A:B, e.g. A1:B20. In Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use formula...

=AND(TODAY()>=$A1,TODAY()<=$B1)

Set the format for that rule to Green fill.

Select range again, CF > new rule > formula...

=TODAY()>$B1

Set the format for that rule to Red fill.
