Hi There

I have a access 97 database with a form that inputs date in this format "dd/mm/yyyy". I need the date set to after I entered it to display the date as "dd-mmm-yy". It seems when i try to put in a date for example if i entered "09/08/2004" it would come out "08-Sept-04" but I need it to be "09-Aug-04".

What would be the code that I should create to be able to do this????

Thanks

Sega

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Access uses the default for the computer so you will need to set you windows format to dd/mm/yy
