How do I format cells with the following date format:
Months all in caps and the year

JANUARY 2019
FEBRUARY 2019
etc.

Thanks in advance.

You could test following :

Code: 
=UPPER(TEXT(DATE(2019,1,1),"MMMM YYYY"))

Hope this will help
