Date errors in Access Form & Find/Replace function

I have created a Form in Access that has several date cells. For some reason, when I fill in the default value for each cell, only some cells actually show the desired value. The others are showing "#Name' Errors. Sometimes it'll show the date, sometimes it'll show the error. I don't get it.

Also, some cells on other forms have formulas that include these date cells which also show this error, even if the date is showing correctly. Any idea on why this could happen?

One more question... Is there any find/replace function in Access that could help when fixing long formulas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
