Date Difference Formula

Using MS Excel 2013. Need help with a formula detailing the number of years, months, and days that have passed based on TODAY.

A1 = 2016/08/15
B1 = ?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated it!

=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"ym")&" Months and "&DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"md")&" Days"

njimack, Thank you so much! Worked perfectly! One quick question, I noticed that when A1 is blank/empty, then the formula returns 118 Years, 3 Months, 10 Days; is there a way to fix that?

Try the below formula,
=IF(A1,DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"ym")&" Months and "&DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"md")&" Days","")
