I am needing three formulas to help counting dates
<colgroup><col width="760" style="width: 570pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 27794;"> <col width="360" style="width: 270pt;"> <tbody>

The number of dates / rows shrinks and grows daily and there is a lot of other information above and below the dates that are being counted so that information needs to stay in tact.

The date in cell A2 is a fixed date and not a Today formula

1. Count All Dates that IS equal to the date in A2 and has any amount in the "Amount" column

2. Count All Dates that are NOT equal to the date in A2 and has any amount in the "Amount" column

3. Count All Dates on that are NOT equal to the date in A2 and has an amount of $0.00 in the "Amount" column

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
You should be able to use COUNTIFS function, much like your other question that was answered.
Give it a go, and see how you do and post back with your attempts if you run into any trouble.
