Date Conditional formatting for items due in specific timeframe based on cell date

Hello all,
I was hoping to get assistance in the following matter. I am trying to track employees certification compliance. I need to conditional format dates based on different expiration time frame. for instance, employee A has a cert with the completion date of 14 May 19 but the cert has to be renewed every 18 months (he should be overdue so red). in same category employee B has a cart date of 10 Sep 2021 with the same renew timeframe of 18 months ( he should be green). lastly, employee C has a date of 2 April 20 which will put him due in days (he should be yellow). there are different certs with different completion due dates like 12 or 24 months,
