Hi,
The following formula shows the Date of the next Anniversary in 12 months time.
=EDATE($F19,(DATEDIF($F19,$B$2,"y")+1)*12)
$F19 equals START DATE (04-Apr-1995) $B$2 equals TODAYS DATE.

If TODAYS DATE is the 04-Apr-24, it will show 04-Apr-25.

I need it show the 04-Apr-24 on that Date and not show 04-Apr-25 until TODAYS DATE equals 05-Apr-24

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
How about this?

=DATE(YEAR($F19)+DATEDIF($F19,$B$2,"y")+1,MONTH($F19),DAY($F19)+1)

Regards

Murray

Or this:
Excel Formula:
=EDATE($F19,12+MROUND(DATEDIF($F19+1,$B$2,"m")-6,12))
