Date and Time shortcut not working

Hi

After we migrated on MS365 my shortcut key to enter date and time (ctrl+shift+ is not working. I can only enter the date (ctrl+ or the time (trl+shift+ but I need to enter them both on one shorcut key

Is ther a way to fix it?

(ctrl+shift+semicolon) is not working.

I am a bit confused since you mention Ctrl+shift+semicolon twice, initially as not working and then as working to enter just the time portion.
To my knowledge there is no shortcut key that enters both date and time at the same time.
You need to do ctrl+semicolon then hit the space bar and then ctrl+shift+semicolon to enter both into the same cell.
