datas more than 10 lac rows to download in excel

Hi all,

I have to do a look up on data which is more than 12 lakh rows of data, post which i need to download them in excel.
currently i am downloading in txt file and then from txt file taking it to excel. Would appreciate if there is any smarter way of downloading the file directly to excel.

Hi, just a parenthesis, maybe it will encourage members giving you more appropriate reply if you would mention what is the source of your data and what version of Excel you are using...

Also, what version of Access you are using. Earlier Access versions (pre 2007) will not recognize later versions (2007, 2010, 2013) of Excel.
