I am trying to clean up data in Power that will eventually be exported into access (achieved employee records). Of the 2866 rows I imported into power query, I have 375 errors in one column and the error reads:

DataFormat.Error: We couldn't convert to Time.
Details:
1.083333333

*numbers under details differ

I tried changing my locale but can' clear the errors

thoughts?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Re: DataFormat.Error: WTF??

All times must be between 0 and 1. You didn't state which result you are looking for.
You may either want to change the type to duration or you may first take the modulo of the number and then change the type to time.

Code:
let
    Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Time", type number}}),
    #"Calculated Modulo" = Table.TransformColumns(#"Changed Type", {{"Time", each Number.Mod(_, 1), type number}}),
    #"Changed Type1" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Calculated Modulo",{{"Time", type time}})
in
    #"Changed Type1"
