dataentry form and search engine in Excel...

Good Evening Guys...
I would create an application in Excel... that contains forms and macros...
Actually I want to create something like an application for Document Register with the Hyperlink to the specified file in solder and its subfolder.
For example...

First...
I want to save a document (ID# MG-EXL-LRN-00001) with many information in required Field... i want to save this file through form...
and
Second criteria is..
later on this document i want to search through search form... with many possible criteria...

Is it possible..??? in Excel...

If it is ... i can save tons of time.. and give rapid service to my ongoing project...

Any help would be highly appreciated...
