Database Update Help!

So I am trying to merge outdated data with updated addresses. Some of the names are the same, some of the addresses are the same, but some are new and need to be replaced.


Left side is old, Right side is new. There are THOUSANDS of entries.

What do you think would be the most practical way of updating the database with the new current info?

Any tips would be appreciated. I've fixed other db's in the past but this one is a doozy

If you could index "when" the data was created, You could sort with newest first and then use the remove duplicates.
