Database permissions

Beginner here looking to figure out database permissions. I run the User Level Security Wizard and accept all of the defaults. I then close the file, close Access and try to reopen the file and it says that I do not have permission to open it. I'm sure the answer is basic but I am missing it.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
