Database in Excel

Hi, is it possible to create a database in excel? What I mean is, can I save details from a worksheet to a different worksheet then I can query it up when needed?

If not, can you suggest alternatives? Thanks

Sorry, my english wasn't clear. What I meant was, if I have some data (i.e. Full Name, Address, DOB, Salary) can I create some sort of database in the same excel file?

you can get details in many different ways in the same workbook (or different workbook if you wish)

for BigData (millions of rows, many tables) I suggest Access, SQL, InnoDB or any similar
