Database in Columns need rows

I need to take my database dump from columns to rows. I have had no luck coming up with a way.

Sorry for the delay in replying to all of the great help!

I have tried your idea Paul. It works great accept for one problem the number of rows that a given record may have is not standard. A record may have one row or 24 rows. Not sure what to try.
