Database & Bar Chart preparation for comparison of 3 parameters, 5 items on Dynamic selection of OUTLETS

Hi,
Need help on preparation of database in appropriate format to prepare Pivot (or else) to make a BAR CHART (as in sample below) for dashboard.
I have collected raw details in a sheet where below are the things :
> Row 1 = 3 Parameters ( TARGET, SALE 2024, SALE 2023)
> Row 2 = 5 Items under each above parameters (Drinks, Snacks, Dairy, Fruits, Clothings)
> Column A = 30 Nos. Different outlets where said 5 items are being sold.
> Column B = Managers A, B and C. They are controlling Stores (10 stores by each manager)

Need to prepare table/pivot/filter (or else) and based on this need a BAR CHART (something like below) where I can select any store / any manager to show the comparison of said 3 parameters in BARs in chart for all 5 items being sold as shown in sample BAR CHART pic.
