Hello Everyone,

My question is that; I work on an excel file which have a high number of columns. My work requires me to have data visible in far left side columns, when I work on the far right side columns. Is there any way to sort this problem, screen shots or something???

Warmest Regards,

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Dear Joe4,

My problem is, let's say I want to see data from Column "S" and currently working in Column "BF". How to use "Freeze Panes" then??? I know there is a "New Window" option but it isn't helping because I want to remain in the current window.

Thanks for the earlier reply

Scroll across your sheet all the way until column S is the left-most column showing.
Then, put your cursor in column T and select Freeze Panes, and column S will be frozen as the left-most showing column as you scroll across to column BF.

Alternatively, you could also elect to hide columns that you do not want to see.
