Data validation with several conditions

Hi beautiful people,

I have a problem with a file, because I can't figure out how to make a data validation that does what I need.

So, I want the data validation in cell A1
I have cell B1, where I can have it empty, or with a value(number)

Data validation that I need:
If cell B1 is empty, cell A1 should be empty, but if cell B1 have a value, I need to be able to put 0 or 1 in cell A1

How can I do this?
Can anybody help me, please?

I just discovered why I wasn't able to do the dat validation.

I forgot to uncheck the order to ignore empty cells.

So, I didn't even tried your code.
