I may need some help:
I am using data validation in a worksheet using an indirect list (Data Validation in Column D is =INDIRECT($A2), which brings back a list to choose from 100 options.
IS it possible to limit this list if the option has already been chosen previously in the column?
Example, if in D2, I have chosen "Return1", In D3 I can only choose from "Return2" and on and in D4 only from "Return3" and on.....

It may be worth noting, all the value choices in Column D are text ending with a number and sequential

Return1
Return2
Return3
Return4...

But the text depends on the choice in Column A (Return, Purchase, Hold...) There cannot be duplicates, hence wanting diminishing returns based on previosu choices...

Any assistance would be great!!
Thanks!
Kelle
