Data Validation with Dependent Lists?

I need to record projects by Region (Regions 1 - 5) and then by State.
I want to choose the particular Region from drop down in one column and then in the next column have it only show States in that Region.
These are the lists. There's probably a better way to set these up but this is what I came up with.
I know how to make the Regions column a drop down but then I'm stuck.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated
