DATA VALIDATION LIST | INDIRECT | VLOOKUP

Hi All,

I have tried option to use validations list using Indirect/Vlookup, and its seems no results in Vlookup using.

Source - Entry Table

UniqueErrorField	ErrorField	ErrorsNoted
Age	Age	TOP BOX - Wrong Age
APS Date Range	APS Date Range	TOP BOX - Wrong Entry
BP History	APS Date Range	TOP BOX - Error in Date Range
Case#	BP History	TOP BOX - Wrong entry/Miss/Missed inbetween dates
Current Medications and Dosages	BP History	TOP BOX - Missed the recent one/Missed the repeated BP with timings
Date	BP History	TOP BOX - Missed inbetween dates

Produce Table -

UniqueErrorField	Error1
=UniqueErrorField
=UniqueErrorField

It would be great if any of experts can give solutions.

Have to select unique error in from the dropdown, and need to list its corresponding ErrorsNoted value in Error1 column.

Thank you for your response and guideance, and tried multiple options given using index/match, still no results found.

It would be great if you help in attached excel with the same.

Source sheet - Unique Error - to be listed Error field from Entry sheet

Entry Sheet - ErrorNoted - to be listed Source sheet ErrorsNoted information based on the Error field selected.


Example : Entry Sheet D2 selected "Date"

ENTRY SHEET - RESULT

Unique Name List Country
A2=have to list names B2 = dropdown list/with its corresponding dependent (Country Name - Column C from Source sheet) as selected from unique names selsected A2.
