Data validation Drop down list help

Hi,
I have data like this in two cells.

Country name
USA Rick
Canada John
Australia Bill
UK John

Now in different cells I want to see the drop down country list whose name <>"John"

Please Help...

Assuming you want to do this without VBA, you'd need to change the data set that you wish to make a drop down list of to be able to do this.
