Excel version 2007 - I comparing two files of employee benefit data, one from my HRMS and one from the benefit provider. I want to compare the employee contribution columns from both of the files to ensure they match. I would like those that do not match to be highlight or flagged somehow so I know where we have errors on the benefits provider side.

If I have employee contribution from the HRMS in Column A and employee contribution from the benefit vendor in Column B - how formula and steps do I need to take to do this comparison and identify the deltas?

I am a bit of a newb so detailed instructions would be so appreciated. Thank you!
