Data Totals by Town

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to take a list of addresses and somehow export data from that to give me some totals on the heat type. So essentially I want to take the address and simply convert it to just the town name and the totals of heat type for that town. Normally I would do this manually but this list has over 1 million addresses in it. Anyway to expedite this process? Ive got one column that is the town name and one column that is the heat type. Please let me know if you need more information.

Ok so this is what my spreadsheet looks like. I had to take out some of the personal information contained within. The two columns that I'm concerned with is F and M. Below the data is how I would like it to be presented. Basically just having the town name once and next to it each heat type listed as a total #. Please let me know if you need more information.
