Hi, I have hundreds of excel files in a folder named Gen4Data. Each file has many sheets including hidden sheets. I want to extract and transpose data from sheet "DataInput" only from column C, D, E and to delete top 3 rows from each file.

Moreover In some files each column has 35 rows of data and some files have 38 rows in each column. I want to transpose the data of first file from column to rows, which would transpose in first 3 rows and the data from 2nd file from next 3 rows and so on. Is it possible?

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Very possible. You can utilize Power Query to achieve all of this. You would have to post sample data for the transpose part for someone to help you, but all of this is feasible in Power Query.
