Hello -
My company is requesting data from our fifteen-ish clients and we are contemplating how to get/store the data. I had the thought to use OneDrive and PowerQuery namely because the data will come in the form of very simple Excel spreadsheets/tables (only 12 fields and maybe 30-40 rows at a time) maybe three times a year. I suppose they could e-mail me the files instead of using an FTP?
Is this not a good idea? I know there are other database tools out there, but since it's so "simple" I didn't know if there would be any issues. I use PQ's "get from folder" and it is great, as long as everything is structured the same.
Some things I know to watch out for:
Any other issues doing it this way?

Some things I know to watch out for:
- Ensuring they all have the same structure (number of fields, field names, etc.) - we have given them templates to follow, so, the issue would be making sure they follow the templates.
- All the files are of the same type - i.e. Excel or CSV or text
Any other issues doing it this way?
