I was just wondering if I could get some help on sorting data. I recently started working at a car dealership for the summer and I'm having trouble finding the right vehicle trim levels for customers based on the features that they want. What would be the best way to do this in excel? In the end, I would like to be able to just select multiple listed features and the workbook would give me the appropriate vehicle that have those features. Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I have so far.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
The easiest way would be to have features across the top in row 1 and the vehicle names listed in column A. You can then use autofilter to select all features which are "TRUE" and be left with a list of vehicle names in column A which match all those features.

You can convert your existing worksheets to work this way by copying the whole table then using Paste Special / Transpose to a new worksheet.
