Have 3 data series: 10-Year Actuals; Trendline, and 5-Year Forecast

Trendline and Actuals are displaying correctly. I've mapped the forecast range to begin on the last actual price and then an additional five rows of prices. The forecast should then begin in 2018 and go out five years. However it is a new line all the way to the left, beginning at 2008. I've tried making the forecast its own data column and adding forecast data in the rows directly below actuals. Neither method worked. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Dates are on the furthest column to left (Col. A) and have been formatted as General, Date, and Number. Neither of which resolved the issue.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
The graph will display based on the grid you use for the data source. As an example, if you use A1:C15 for a source range, Then put the years in Row 1, Actuals in A2:J2 and forecasts in K3:O3, it should show the future data begining in 2018, It will most likely track a zero value along the forecast data series, which can be fixed by editing that data series to begin in K3 versus A3. Excel will automatically start the series in A3 when you first set the data range, so you must modify that data series to eliminate the zero values.
