Data refresh from access to excel do not work

Hi ,

I am using a excel vba to get data from access from last few days. It was working fine all these days and suddenly, the refresh does not work. to make it work, every time I have to close the userform and again run it.
what could be the problem for this and how to resolve this?
Could anybody help on this please?
