When going to Data > Refresh All I suspect that it is refreshing pivot tables then refreshing the source (power query queries) of the pivots. Is there a way to specify the refresh order. The workbook in question isn't so large that I can't go from tab to tab refreshing the queries then the pivots. But, if there is a viable way to order the refresh I can think of other workbooks that might benefit. I'm fairly comfortable with VBA but PQ is still a new thing to me and I wasn't sure if there were settings I could manipulate. Thanks for looking.
