Data population after adding sheets

I built this sheet years ago for a colleague. However, human error seems to be the main issue. I need to be able to push the data from the Daily Sheets and push it to Well Summary. The sheets are going to be dynamic in the sense that we don't know when or how long a run will last, so it almost needs to be all encompassing. This may not be something that can be done, but it can't hurt to ask.

'D1R1' C26 and C27 need to be pushed to 'Well Summary'. Here in lies the problem, Each day, we use a macro that creates a new sheet. we rename it D2R1, or if we change Runs D2R2. Cell C13 will always have the correct run number so if DxRx C13 matches to Well Summary A30:A44, i want to add all the Circ hrs and all the Conn hrs for that specific run.
