I havr data in Column AD that has the same date in column AC but no on the same rows. Column L is connected to column AC and AD but the corresponding rows has different names. I want to display the Name on Column L that is connected to column AD and display it on the row where Column AC has a different name from column L to Column AC but has the same value in Column AD.

Hi,
Mr Excel forum has a tool that allows you to copy mini worksheets. It is called xl2bb (link is in my signature area). Please help the forum help you.
A text expression of your issue is often all that is necessary but it also means that the forum users need to recreate the scenario and they can make errors of interpretting your question. Please post a sample of your workbook, you may need to hide columns to make the data paste small enough. Also, sanitize your data for personal privacy issues. If you cannot post the xl2bb, please post the data as a table. Do not post an image as the forum would need to recreate that as well.

Best wishes.
